Vortex Lift

Unfortunately electrons in circular motion oscillate at high frequencies.  They should be oscillating at much lower \(a_\psi\).  It is necessary to coax them to oscillate at a much lower frequencies.

One way is to imbue an insulating fluid with electrons and set it into a vortex.  The widest diameter being \(_na_\psi=0.7385\) m.  The oscillations build up from the fine tip of the vortex in stacks of lower and lower frequencies.  Electrons in the appropriate \(a_\psi\) will pair up and generate a positive field.

This could be the mechanism behind the Tesla's Egg of Columbus, where such a vortex created in the copper egg is driven by a varying magnetic field.

Note: Seal the top of the vortex, otherwise it will spill.
