The high gravitational regions above and below the coil reflect lights as developed in the post "In, Up, Out and Away...". It was shown in that post that light bounces off region of high gravity. The small bulb on top of the coil reflects light from the circulating fluid and look as though it is rotating in the reverse direction. The bigger bulb below reflects light underneath. Its color is that of its ambient below.
The lights has nothing to do with the craft's anti-gravitational workings.
