The Nuclear Cow is Driving...

\(T_{boom\,p}\) is when the matter is most nuclear, given density.

\(T_{boom\,p}=v^2_{boom}.\cfrac{M_m}{2R}\)

\(v_{boom}=3.4354*\cfrac{density}{Z}\)

Change in phase (melting and boiling) need not be at when the matter is most nuclear.  But radiation from the matter is highest at this temperature, \(T_{boom\,p}\) when it is most nuclear.  Such radiation is not derived from the heat source that warms the matter, but from \(v_{boom}\) within the matter. (post "A Small Boom" dated 16 Oct 2017)

And the nuclear cow drives the cart, looking for evidence..., the cart is still before the cow, nuclear or not.
