Moving Moving...Frames

OMG it is possible to go back to the rest frame by moving in the moving frame that moves in a moving frame... for eight times.

where geometrically, \(\theta=45^{o}\) and \(v=x\), \(v'=x'\), \(v"=x"\)...

What does this mean?!
