Moving Moving...Frames

OMG it is possible to go back to the rest frame by moving in the moving frame that moves in a moving frame... for eight times.

where geometrically, $\theta=45^{o}$ and $v=x$, $v'=x'$, $v"=x"$...

What does this mean?!
