A web grab (https://people.nscl.msu.edu/~daniel/bicofa.htm) of a thermal flask cooling profile from 100 oC indicates that water does not have a stable temperature at 81.5 oC.
The bottle's temperature is stable at the ambient of 20 oC.
It seems that 85.24 K is where supercooled water resist further cooling. (post "Water Bombed And Cryogenic Hydrogen" dated 8 Nov 2017)
Is boiling and freezing water nuclear processes?
Water bombed again.
