Try this.  Do not aim at people.   Resonance 7.489 Hz; on Mars resonance at 14.075 Hz.  And on the Moon, 1/(2pi)*299792458/1737400 = 27.463 Hz (from the post "Gravity Wave and Schumann Resonance").
