Percentage Error Plague

From the post "Factor Obviously Confusing" dated 06 Dec 2018, if

\(c=297869525\)

then the percentage error in defining light speed at \(c=299792458\),

\(1-\cfrac{297869525}{299792458}=0.0064142\)  or  \(0.64142\%\)

this could be the persistent \(0.6\%\) error that plague many physics experiments.
