IF, time is energy and it flows always towards the center of a particle,
The Sun and Earth being time particles, time flows towards their respective centers. The flow of time from the Sun during Earth's day is opposite to Earth's flow of time. During the night, the flow of time due to the Sun is in the same direction as Earth. (More correctly one parallel component cancels or add.)
The flow of time energy is more during the night than day. Things will age more quickly in the night than day.
So sleep horizontally when the flow of time is maximum. Time flows least when the Sun is right above.
One second at midnight is shorter than one second at midday.
