The bulge due to protozoan infection tends to be one-sided and angular,
there will be dark reddish discoloration on the bulge as the fish bleeds internally. There is another kind of bulge,
much rounded, symmetrical (equal left and right) and dropping downwards. This is not overfeeding nor pregnancy. Could it be chlora?
