The one relevant definition of presumption is, (law) an inference of the truth of a fact from other facts proved, admitted or judicially noticed.
Unfortunately in this pandemic, the truth to any fact is still scientifically lacking. Any presumption is sadly one that is taken for granted, for which one has no right to make, and is more than just discourtesy in any court of law, and especially in a court of law.
