where X ray peneration is calculated by taking reference with copper, \(Cu\),

The X ray torus photons collapse on the surface but penetrate only by \(50\,\text{to}\,60\,\mu m\) into the surface; the collection channel that collects the particles cannot be deeper than these depths, with the orientation of the collecting device considered.
