Inside, Outside, Small And Big

We have,

and

When we consider the direction of the \(E\) field outside of the particle, deformed at high velocity, flowing electrons generate photons and flowing protons generate electromagnetic waves.

When we consider the direction of the \(E\) field inside of the particle, deformed at high velocity, flowing electrons generate electromagnetic waves and flowing protons generate photons.

Which is which?

Do electrons or protons flow in a electric current?

In could be argued that when charge carriers collide with the conductor lattice that smaller particles are generated and photons are emitted by the flow of smaller electron.

But this leaves the question: do electrons or protons flow in a copper wire?
