If In Doubt, Light It Up

This circuit will probably not work in silicon.

The state of the memory bit (1/0) switches the LED on/off, enables the memory bit to be tested visually and the case of tetra-byte memory array, to be tested massively in parallel all at once.

The fuse is burned after the test and the LED does not light up again.  BUT the fuse should be burn only when the LED is OFF, otherwise residue charges on the LED might interfere with the operation of the memory, turning '1's back to '0'.

If this is happening, write a few times '1's (or '0') to the location to drain the residue charges.

Conceptually yours.
