Horizontal Jacob's Ladder And Anti-gravity

 I was watching re-runs of Star Wars - the Phantom Menace, the idea...

A horizontal Jacob's Ladder contained in a low pressure glass confinement, so that the electrons that jump across the conductors are free to orientate themselves.  This way, the gravity component of the particles (electrons) can all algin and provide an anti-gravity effect.

Maybe...

If this work then there can be similar ways of manipulating other components of a wave-particle (time, temperature, the electric field).
