Peutz–Jeghers syndrome is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder characterized by the development of benign hamartomatous polyps in the gastrointestinal tract and hyperpigmented macules on the lips, in the eye sockets and oral mucosa (melanosis).
Hyperpigmented macule can also occurs in the finger; they bruise when you use a file or screwdriver too hardly.
