Two particles of opposing charge attracted to each other and in circular motion,
Two opposing electric fields given by the the right hand screw rule keep the particles apart and marks out a region of 'compressed' space between the particles' orbits, along the line joining the centers of the orbits.
This 'compressed' space siting between the orbits seem to keeps the particles of opposing charge apart. In fact, it is the two resultant fields of the vector sum of all field lines around the circular of each particles that keep the particles from coming closer. The particle must be very fast. And the field lines have persistence; a sort of inertia holding up in space. The fields from the particles do not collapse immediately as the particles pass by.
This is an intuitive view of how mass can be created around us in situ and the effect it exert around it. There is no dark matter just virtual mass.
